MIDI CC is a one-way push protocol. Synthesizers cannot be queried dynamically to read their current parameter values. To synchronize these sliders, select your synthesizer's MIDI Input Port above. When you physically tweak knobs on your synth, the slider positions will instantly update on-screen to match.

MIDI Troubleshooting

🚨 Minilogue not recognized over USB MIDI on Windows (10-Device Driver Bug)

The legacy KORG USB-MIDI Driver utility on Windows fails to recognize MIDI devices if installed in slot numbers 10 or above. Run the 'Uninstall KORG USB-MIDI Device' utility included in Korg's driver suite, delete inactive historical MIDI device registrations, and assign the Minilogue to slots 1–9.

🚨 Voice Mode Depth knob behavior

The VOICE MODE DEPTH knob changes functions depending on the active voice mode: in POLY mode it inverts voice chords; in DUO mode it detunes unison voices; in MONO mode it adds a sub-oscillator; in ARP mode it changes arpeggiator patterns.

🚨 Setting MIDI Route to USB + DIN

In the EDIT MODE menu, navigate to GLOBAL 4 (MIDI Route) and verify that MIDI is set to 'USB+MIDI' so the Minilogue sends and receives messages over both USB and 5-pin DIN cables.
